WFS: Project Summary

This is the fourth redesign for this website since 2012. It started as a static HTML site and migrated to WordPress in 2016.

Since this was an established business with a brand identity, we focused on previously gathered user data to determine the changes needed to enhance the user experience and promote the recent significant equipment upgrade.

Next, we focused on wireframing the content and new pages that would need to be created and how they would fit into the internal linking structure and site map. We evaluated the forms that acted as entry points for the sales flow to ensure that the necessary information was being captured.

The website was developed with a new and updated WordPress theme to provide more design flexibility and less code bloat. We also focused on optimizing all aspects of this site, including speed, image size, organic search, and accessibility.
