PROJECT SUMMARY

This project started when the client realized their area’s overwhelming need for quick turnaround audio repairs.

We began the Discovery process with a business case and competitor analysis. Once it was confirmed that this was a viable project, we established the business with the Secretary of State and the IRS. As well as establishing all needed business services (email, domain, hosting etc.)

The next phase involved reviewing the site’s asset needs. Since this business’s lead generation was established solely through word of mouth, we kept the design to a one-page sales funnel.  Wireframes were created to develop the design skeleton.

Next, we focused on developing the brand identity and color scheme, including the mission statement, logo design, and WordPress theme selection.

In the design phase, we developed the wireframes into mockups, which showed us exactly how much content was needed. Since the site has minimal on-page copy, we wanted to use visual elements that had a high impact. Completing the contact form is the primary call to action, and buttons are also utilized in the design to prompt the user.

The website was developed with WordPress, and the custom sales funnel was implemented. The website and images are optimized for speed and organic search results. Google services have implanted to track website usage and page indexing.

Maintenance services have also been added to this project to keep it running with up-to-date software and for backups.
